What DiveLoop is

DiveLoop puts your dive back on screen while you are still dripping. During practice, the pool’s cameras play on the deck TVs and on your phone about half a minute behind live, so a diver who climbs out can watch the dive they just did. DiveLoop works at pools where DiveLoop’s cameras are installed. You join your team’s pool with a code from your coach; until then the app has nothing to show.

Contact us

Email rem@diveloop.app with a question, a problem or a request. DiveLoop is run by Rem Turatbekov, an individual developer in the United States.

Delete your account

In the app: Settings → Delete account. It deletes your account, your name and your place in every pool. If you signed in with Apple, deleting in the app also revokes DiveLoop’s access to your Apple ID.

If you own a pool, delete the pool first (Settings → Delete pool), or email us to hand it over to another member; the app will not delete an owner’s account while they still own one. If the app cannot finish, email us and we will delete your account within 30 days.

Deleting your account does not delete practice video or clips you appear in; ask us to, as below.

Take down a clip or recording of your child

Email rem@diveloop.app with the pool and the practice dates. Within 30 days we delete those practices’ recordings and clips, and the frames, labels and body-position measurements we made from them, from the pool’s computer, our cloud storage and our development copies, and tell you when it is done. Two things we cannot undo: a version of the dive analysis already built from those practices keeps what it learned (it does not contain the video), and a still picture already in our source code’s history or already shown to an AI tool stays there.

The same applies to recordings of you.
